Baked Lasagne

Ingredients : for 5 - 6 person

400gr lasagne cooked
150gr mincemeat beef
150gr mincemeat pork
400gr of tomato sauce
200gr mozzarella cheese
100gr grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and black pepper

Directions :

Saute onion and garlic in oil, add beef and pork, black pepper and salt, stir in tomato sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Using a large rectangular backing, place in alternate layers the sauce, lasagne, small cubes of mozzarella cheese, sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers ending with lasagne, small cubes of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and remaining sauce. Bake in a moderate 200 degree Celsius for 40 minutes

Truffled Tagliatelle

Ingredients : for 5 - 6 person

500 gr tagliatelle
1 cup olive oil
50 gr butter
2 garlic cloves
1 anchovy
40 gr truffle

Directions :

 

Cook fettuccine "al dente"; drain. Meanwhile, in separate pan, put butter,oil, anchovy and garlic simmer about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off heat put away garlic and add chopped truffles. Add fettuccine, chopped truffles toss to mix.
