Saute onion and garlic in oil, add beef and pork, black pepper and salt, stir in tomato sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes.Using a large rectangular backing, place in alternate layers the sauce, lasagne, small cubes of mozzarella cheese, sauce and grated Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers ending with lasagne, small cubes of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and remaining sauce. Bake in a moderate 200 degree Celsius for 40 minutes |

Cook fettuccine "al dente"; drain. Meanwhile, in separate pan, put butter,oil, anchovy and garlic simmer about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off heat put away garlic and add chopped truffles. Add fettuccine, chopped truffles toss to mix.
